|
NCID Postdoctoral Fellowship
The NCID Postdoctoral Fellowship is geared towards early career scholars engaging in diversity scholarship. Applications are welcome from diversity scholars in any field represented in the University of Michigan's schools and colleges. One- or two-year options are available depending on the scholars' research plan.
This fellowship offers protected time for focused independent scholarship, as well as the opportunity to engage with the rich intellectual community at the University of Michigan. Fellows will also receive mentoring support from faculty in their academic departments.
Applicants' doctoral or comparable terminal degrees should be completed between July 1, 2017 and July 1, 2020.

NCID Scholar-in-Residence
This new initiative at NCID is available to mid-career and senior diversity scholars interested in spending an academic year at the University of Michigan.
NCID Scholars-in-Residence will have the opportunity to pursue their research and writing while actively engaging in our vibrant intellectual community that includes junior faculty and postdoctoral fellows, senior NCID faculty fellows, graduate students, as well as colleagues in affiliated academic units. Scholars-in-Residence will need the support of a department chair at the University of Michigan, and will receive a stipend during their term of residence in Ann Arbor.
