The Management, Human Resources and Information Systems Area of the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-line, academic year position as Assistant Professor in the primary area of Management/Organizational Behavior. Faculty are expected to teach courses in organizational behavior and may be asked to teach specialized courses in change management, performance management, training & development, or people analytics with appointment beginning August 17, 2026. Candidate will be expected to teach courses in organizational behavior and may be asked to teach specialized courses in human resources management such as performance management, training & development, change management, or people analytics.

Assistant/Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior/HR Management
The Management, HR and Information Systems Area in the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure line, academic year position as Assistant or Associate Professor in the primary area of Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management. This position will require teaching at Cal Poly's San Luis Obispo, CA campus and Santa Maria, CA in support of Cal Poly's 2+2 Business program with a concentration in Management & HR (in partnership with Alan Hancock College). Faculty are also expected to maintain a strong record of research and provide service to the MHRIS Area, the College, and the University.
