    The Economist Bartleby Column this week features our research on Ambiverts, Introverts and Extroverts. An ambivert is someone can act like an introvert when required and an extrovert when required, depending on the leadership requirements of the circumstance. Working on adding personality types to the EDI conversation and research agenda.
