The aim of the proposed book is to focus on workplace gossip related to diverse identity groups ranging but not limited to managers, administrators, healthcare professionals, foreign employees, racially diverse employees and so on. The objective of the book is to highlight the different experiences of employees from diverse occupations regarding workplace gossip, be it positive or negative.
