The Management and Organizational Development (MOD) Group within the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston is seeking candidates for multiple tenured or tenure-track positions in organizational behavior/management and/or related disciplines. We are specifically seeking applicants with research and teaching expertise in two primary areas: 1) Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and 2) Future of Work (e.g., Algorithm Bias and Disruption, Gig Economy, Remote-Work, Workforce and Employment Transformation). There is a possibility of affiliations or joint appointments with other colleges and institutes with Northeastern University including the Khoury College of Computer Science, College of Engineering, College of Social Sciences and Humanities, College of Arts Media and Design, College of Science, School of Law, Global Resilience Institute, and Network Science Institute, as well as the possibility of affiliations or appointments at other campuses within the Northeastern network. The MOD Group currently has seven full-time, research active, tenured or tenure-track faculty, and seven full-time non-tenure track faculty. Members of the group are Fellows of the Academy of Management, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and serve as editors, associate editors, and editorial review board members at leading management journals. The group emphasizes a leading-edge research program that targets top-tier journals and a strong commitment to teaching excellence. Experienced candidates should have a significant research record and leadership potential.
