We are pleased to announce an open rank tenure-line search in OB/HR for August of 2020. We are looking for people who are researching impactful ideas, and are open to and encourage the rigorous exploration of those ideas using various theoretical frameworks and methodologies. For this search we are also especially interested in candidates with an interest in qualitative research, as well as candidates that have interest in contributing to the new School of Business PhD Program.
The Management Area of the School of Business is a vibrant, ambitious and collegial community that highly values excellence in research, teaching, and service. Our current OB/HR research faculty include Matt Cronin, Rich Klimoski, Claus Langfred, Mandy O'Neill, Kevin Rockmann, Heather Vough, and Sarah Wittman. The Management Area also includes several exceptional full-time teaching faculty in OB/HR who are equal partners in our education mission. In the past several years, our OB/HR research faculty have published in journals such as Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Annals, Administrative Science Quarterly, Harvard Business Review, Organization Science, and Journal of Applied Psychology. Our OB/HR faculty serve or have served on the executive leadership boards of several AOM Divisions and are associate editors and/or editorial board members of several premier journals.
