The first issue of Organization Theory this year is out now!
It is a thought-provoking and theoretically rich issue with papers theorizing and explaining why at times routines may lead to unethical behavior, how cultural scripts foster the spread of new organizational forms, and how online interactions shape the kinds of futures that organizations strategize for themselves.
The issue also features a new formal approach to organizational theory and analysis and a conceptual review of organizational resilience.
