I am reaching out to share a research study that I am currently conducting as part of my PhD at the University of Groningen.
The study examines how sexual orientation-related perceptions shape workplace experiences, teamwork, and team functioning. We are looking for workplace teams that include both heterosexual and LGB employees, with at least one team member identifying as LGB. Eligible teams should consist of 4–15 members, including a manager. As this is a team-based study, we aim to collect survey responses from all team members and their manager.
As recruiting LGB participants can be challenging, I would greatly appreciate your help in sharing this study with colleagues, organizations, or networks that may be interested in participating.
