Can't make the meeting? ZOOM in!
In this interactive PDW, we will examine and identify alternate methods and manners of conference participation through the use of technology and the virtual environment. Presentation, virtual speed-networking, and round table discussions via those present and other participants "ZOOMing in" will allow us to examine the advantages and disadvantages associated with key aspects of virtual conferences. In doing so, we hope to define a process for AOM in which all members can participate at the annual meeting, attending and actively engaging in its many PDWs, symposia, discussions, and paper presentations, either in person or remotely.
