    Dear DEI colleagues,

    I am pleased to share the news about the 2023 Personnel Psychology Award recipients.

    Best Paper Award Winner and Finalists

    The Best Paper Award is given to a paper published two years prior at Personnel Psychology. The editor and associate editors nominated papers based on their contributions to the literature and impact. The 2023 Award Committee, chaired by Kaifeng Jiang, is happy to announce the two finalists and one winner of this award:

    Best Reviewer Award

    Every year, two reviewers from the editorial board are selected as the recipients of the Best Reviewer Award. This award recognizes the developmental, constructive, and timely reviews that they provided during the previous year. Our 2023 Best Reviewer Award recipients are:
