The Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program in the Department of Psychology at University at Albany, State University of New York invites applications for a Promoting Recruitment, Opportunity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Growth Plus (PRODiG+) Postdoctoral Fellow/Visiting Assistant Professor. The PRODiG+ Fellowship program creates a pipeline of postdoctoral fellows to enter tenure-track positions at State University locations.
About the position: This is a two-year appointment at a postdoctoral fellow, WITH THE POTENTIAL TO CONVERT TO A TENURE-TRACK POSITION (pending adequate productivity) at University at Albany. The Fellow will work closely with faculty within the Department of Psychology and University to continue to develop their research portfolio, and will gain teaching experience with a minimal teaching load.
Although the areas of research specialization within I-O psychology are open, successful candidates will show a commitment to producing high-impact research that complements the program's and the department's existing areas of expertise.
