The Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire is offering a two-year postdoctoral position with the OB faculty in the Management Department. This is part of a University initiative to bring in highly talented, underrepresented scholars.
The postdoctoral scholar will work closely with management faculty to conduct high-impact academic research in areas such as leadership, teamwork, decision-making, negotiation, diversity, and conflict in leading peer-reviewed academic journals by utilizing our Behavioral Lab or by collecting data in organizations. The Postdoctoral scholar will be granted a research budget that may be augmented with external funding or university grants. In addition to research, the scholar will teach one course per year. Recent graduates in industrial/organizational psychology, social psychology, organizational behavior, human resource management or related disciplines are encouraged to apply. UNH has an "R1: very high research activity" Carnegie Classification. Department members publish in top-tier outlets such as the Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Strategic Management Journal and others.
