    Hi all,

    I hope this finds you all safe and well!

    My name is David Arena, an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Texas at Arlington. A UTA doctoral student (Oyin Sodiya) and I are interested in organizing a symposium for this year's SIOP conference focused on recent perspectives on barriers to women in STEM fields. Currently, we have one paper focused on barriers to women in STEM across hiring and selection processes but are open to ideas in this research area broadly for inclusion in our potential symposium.
