We recently submitted a proposal for a special issue of the "International HRM Journal" on the Underrepresentation of Women and Minorities in High Tech Jobs and Organizations." The Editor indicated that we may get enough submissions on the topic. We have no way of knowing who is interested in writing a paper on the topic, so we are writing to ask you about your interest. Please note that we are not only interested in women and minorities, but would welcome papers on other underrepresented groups (e.g., people with disabilities, LGBTQ persons, older workers, etc.).
