My co-authors and I recently published a paper in the Academy of Management Perspectives (AMP) responding to an article that made incendiary claims about "woke" diversity initiatives. Their article has been downloaded 1,045 times, which puts them on the Academy of Management Perspectives (AMP) home page for the Most Read research, and there is no mention of our response. It is possible that someone could read or cite this paper or even use it to implement diversity initiatives without knowing their peers fundamentally disagree with their claims. I would love to rally the Academy of Management community to download our article so that it will also appear on the most read, and so that someone reading the original article will know there is a counter-argument.
