Dear Colleagues,
Please join us for our 5th annual PDW on Teaching Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), inspired by the late Dr. Katherine Phillips. This PDW will be held on Friday, July 31st from 12pm to 2pm ET. The workshop will be located in Congress B, which is on the fourth floor of Loews Philadelphia Hotel.
Delving into conversations around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) can be challenging. For those involved, these conversations often require patience, flexibility, and perspective-taking. This is especially true for those who facilitate these conversations in the classroom, especially considering current social and political pressures. We hope that our teaching demonstrations from experienced DEI instructors and expert advice from panelists will provide you with the answers you seek and build your excitement and confidence in leading DEIB courses.
The deadline to register is Saturday, July 19th (space is limited). Please use this online form.
