Dear colleagues,
I am currently conducting a meta-analysis on discrimination reduction interventions assessing a work-related outcome. I am seeking unpublished studies (e.g., doctoral dissertations, conference presentations, in prep) on this topic that meet the following criteria:
1. The intervention measures a behavioral outcome related to formal discrimination (measuring an action or decision related to allocating a prized/scarce resource).
2. The outcome variable relates to the workplace (e.g., hiring, promotion, bonus, mentoring, etc.)
If you have unpublished data that you believe meets these criteria, please email me at elaine.costa@utah.edu. Also, feel free to forward this message to any colleagues who may be willing to share their findings. If in doubt about the criteria fitting, please send it anyway!
