Hi everyone.  Some colleagues and I are doing some research on the emotional labor experienced by Diversity, Equity and Inclusion professionals.   I'm writing to ask for your assistance.  If you know anyone who spends more than 50% of their work time on DEI initiatives, we would love their input.   Would you mind sharing the following link to a survey that will take about 15 minutes to complete?  Thanks for any help you can provide.

All answers will be anonymous, and we are offering a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card.  If participants would like to be entered into one of several raffles for these gift cards, we will ask for identifying information in another survey that will not be tied to the original answers.

Here is the link to the survey:

If you have any questions about the survey or the study, please email Dr. Kelly Weeks at Weeksk@rhodes.edu.

    Thanks again!
