    Hi all,

    I'm reaching out on behalf of Dr Vildan Taşlı Karabulut, who is conducting a timely international study with a colleague - and is looking for participants.

    The study, "Between Policy and Practice: Intersectional Perspectives on Motherhood, Career Interruptions and Academic Identity in Türkiye and the United Kingdom," explores how academic mothers navigate career interruptions, institutional policies, and professional identity - a topic that will resonate with many in our community.

    If you are an academic mother, you are warmly invited to share your experiences through a 30–40 minute online interview. Your perspective could meaningfully contribute to research that highlights the structural and personal dimensions of this experience across two national contexts.
