Hello all,
I'm conducting a study examining the effectiveness of city and organizational policies related to Covid-19 on residents' and employees' compliance behaviors and attitudes. I'm also examining the work-from-home arrangements employees are implementing, and in particular the creative ways they may be navigating work-family conflict when many non-essential employees also have their kids at home. As a GDO researcher, I'm interested in several factors that may be influencing these experiences including gender, ethnicity, and SES.
I write specifically to seek participants, including fellow academicians and practitioners, but I also wanted to ask fellow faculty who may be teaching students right now, if you might be willing to encourage your students to participate (criteria: over 18, work at least parttime), as well? Practitioners, I greatly value your perspective, and I wondered if you might be willing to encourage your team members to participate? I would greatly appreciate it, as I'm seeking geographic diversity among respondents; participation should take around 15-20 minutes with a reliable Internet connection.
