Hi Everyone,
I am putting together a paper symposium about the
ideal worker and the impact of this expectation for employees, managers, and/or organizations. We already have a few papers for the symposium, but we're searching for more participants that might have research related to the ideal worker.
Although we don't have a strict definition of the ideal worker, we're looking for papers around expectations for employees that they work long hours or non-traditional hours, that others can see them working, and/or they prioritize their work above all else.
