Hi everyone.  I'm developing an "above the line" measure of Diversity Paradigms (see Kulik,2014--see reference below) and was wondering if anyone is doing similar work or work on diversity policies, programs, or climate connected to any kind of organizational outcomes.  I'm looking for people who might want to work on a symposium submission for the Academy of Management this year.   Please send me a private email to weeksk@rhodes.edu if you are interested and we can try to put something together before the January submission date.
