The Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Texas A&M University would like to bring the Texas A&M University ACES Fellows program to your attention. (See attached.) The ACES Fellow program is a two-year research fellow program for early career PhDs (i.e., earned their PhD between January 1, 2016 and July 1, 2020). ACES Fellows teach one course per year, conduct research, and engage in an active mentoring program. It is possible that some ACES Fellows will be hired as tenure-track faculty at the end of the fellowship period.
The ACES Fellows program is open to any scholar with strengths in and evidence of respect for diversity and inclusion and whose work aligns with a field or department within the College of Liberal Arts. The I/O psychology program at Texas A&M, located in the College of Liberal Arts, encourages early career IO psychologists to consider applying for the ACES Fellowship. The I/O psychology program at Texas A&M is a nationally ranked doctoral program and a one-year old master's program, with a collaborative community, and strong, vibrant, and very active research programs.
