TAOM 2026 ANNUAL MEETING - CALL FOR PAPERS
The **Turkish Academy of Management (TAOM) 2026 Annual Meeting** will be held at **Dokuz Eylül University, İzmir, Türkiye**, from **31 August to 4 September 2026**. The meeting is organized in collaboration with the **Faculties of Business, Tourism, and Maritime Studies**, under the main theme: **"Redefining Leadership: Adapting to AI-Driven Dynamics in Organizations."**
Framed by the spirit of **"Where Ancient Heritage Meets the Future of Management"** and **"In the Timeless Spirit of İzmir, Reimagining Leadership for the AI Era,"** TAOM 2026 aims to bring together scholars, editors, and academic leaders for a distinctive international gathering focused on the changing landscape of management in the age of AI.
**TAOM 2026 promises to be a truly distinctive international gathering.** In addition to paper presentations, the meeting will feature the participation of the **Academy of Management's representatives**, **presidents of management academies**, **direct reviews from invited editors**, **interactive roundtables**, and a richer program of **social and networking events**.
**A major highlight of the meeting is the participation of Jeffrey Pfeffer, one of the most influential scholars in the field of management, as a Keynote Speaker. Mats Alvesson, Arnold Bakker, and Peter A. Bamberger will also join TAOM 2026 as keynote speakers.**
