Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor, Organizational Behavior
SUMMARY:
The Management Department at Bentley University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Organizational Behavior, effective fall 2022. The appointment will be at the assistant or associate professor level. Salary is competitive.
Responsibilities include publishing high-quality scholarly research, teaching Organizational Behavior and Diversity related courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and participating in other academic and professional activities. In addition, Bentley has an active doctoral program and new faculty members are encouraged to become involved in working with our doctoral candidates.
As guided by our Academic Affairs Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Strategic Plan, Bentley University seeks to enhance our faculty capacity in the scholarship, pedagogy, and engagement related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. To achieve that, we are hiring a cohort of new faculty in multiple academic departments and disciplines with expertise in DEI.
