    Tenure-track Position in Organizational Behavior at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo

    The Management Area of the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly seeks applicants for a full-time, tenure-track, academic year position at open rank (Assistant, Associate or full Professor) in the primary area of Organizational Behavior. Interest and ability to teach both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) level classes is desirable. In addition to teaching organizational behavior, the ideal applicant could also teach one or more specialized courses covering content areas such as human resource management, staffing, employment law, or employee relations.

    The successful candidate must have completed a doctorate or equivalent degree in Business or a closely related field from an AACSB or equivalent accredited institution. The Ph.D. should be awarded by the time of appointment in Fall 2022. Applicants are expected to demonstrate exemplary teaching, a strong publication record and research pipeline, and currency in their professional field. Must have the ability to work with diverse students and/or engaging diversity in the curriculum.
