The Management and Organization Department in the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University (University Park, PA) has an open rank full-time tenure-track professor position in the areas of Organizational Behavior (OB) and/or Organization Theory (OT). We seek to fill this position at either the Assistant, Associate or Full rank with a candidate who has a high-quality research record in one or both domains, and who can teach related courses. The start date for the position is Fall 2022. Candidates must have a Ph.D. (or be in the final stages), a proven track record in conducting high-quality scholarly research, and demonstrated teaching competence at a high level.

Job Requirement: While we may hire at any rank, we have a strong preference for candidates at advanced ranks (i.e., Associate, Advanced Assistant), with publications in premier journals, a high impact research program or such potential underway, and who are able to connect with the wide array of doctoral students and faculty in our department. Regardless of rank, faculty members are expected to pursue an active research program, perform undergraduate and/or graduate teaching, supervise graduate students, and engage in professional service. Review of applications for the position will begin on October 1, 2021 and will continue until the position is filled.

Candidates for the position can apply directly online by uploading a letter of interest, CV, and a one-page diversity statement indicating the candidates' awareness of, experience with, and/or commitment to diversity and inclusion at https://psu.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/PSU_Academic/job/University-Park-Campus/Open-Rank-Tenure-Track-Professor-Position-in-Management-and-Organization_REQ_0000016977-1 All candidates must also submit three research papers to Tena Ishler, Administrative Support Coordinator, in the M&O Department at tri3@psu.edu.
