The Department of Management in the College of Business at Western New England University seeks applications for three tenure-track faculty positions with primary teaching responsibility in one of the following areas: Strategic Management, Leadership, Human Resource Management. Applicants need to have a secondary area of teaching to support department needs in Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Management, or Leadership. The positions will be filled for the 2020-2021 academic year. Applications will be accepted and reviewed until the positions are filled. Rank is at the assistant or associate professor level.

The candidate must have a doctorate in business or a closely related discipline by the position start date. The College of Business is accredited by AACSB International. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a record of, or potential for, intellectual contributions consistent with the expectations of an AACSB accredited teaching institution.
