The University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) College of Business invites applicants for a full-time, tenure track appointment in the Management department at the rank of Assistant Professor to start August, 2022.
Duties:
- Teach three classes each semester (Fall and Spring).
- Establish a productive research program.
- Participate in service activities which may include serving on university, college and departmental committees, mentoring students, supervising internships, etc.
Required:
- Ph.D. in Management from an AACSB accredited institution awarded by the time of the appointment in Fall 2022.
- Ability to teach both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) level classes in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Management.
- Demonstrated exemplary teaching, a strong research background in Human Resource Management or Organizational Behavior, and a willingness to creatively collaborate across disciplines within the college.
