    The University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) College of Business invites applicants for a full-time, tenure track appointment in the Management department at the rank of Assistant Professor to start August, 2022.

    Duties:

    • Teach three classes each semester (Fall and Spring).
    • Establish a productive research program.
    • Participate in service activities which may include serving on university, college and departmental committees, mentoring students, supervising internships, etc.

    Required:

    1. Ph.D. in Management from an AACSB accredited institution awarded by the time of the appointment in Fall 2022. 
    2. Ability to teach both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) level classes in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Management.
    3. Demonstrated exemplary teaching, a strong research background in Human Resource Management or Organizational Behavior, and a willingness to creatively collaborate across disciplines within the college.
