I'm hosting a virtual informational session focused on organizational change, workplace dynamics, and how individuals at all levels experience and influence change within organizations.
This session is not just for leaders - because organizational change doesn't happen in isolation. Teams, culture, communication, and systems all play a role, and everyone is impacted whether they hold a title or not.
This will be a conversation-based session, not a lecture. We'll explore:
- How organizational change actually shows up in real workplaces
- Why resistance, burnout, and disengagement happen
- How individuals can better navigate change - even without positional authority
- The connection between leadership, teams, and organizational systems
