The University of Goettingen invites expressions of interest for a Visiting Professor / Visiting Scholar position in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and International Management.
Research Focus
Artificial intelligence and work; virtual and hybrid work; virtual reality; international HRM and global mobility; diversity and inclusion.
Purpose of the Visit
The primary purpose is to develop joint research projects and publications in leading journals (UTD, FT50, ABS 4*), complemented by teaching one course or module (or by agreement).
Timing & Duration
The visit is expected to take place during our Winter Semester (September 2026-March 2027), with flexible timing and duration. Sabbatical visitors are welcome.
Host & Research Environment
The visitor will be affiliated with the Chair of Human Resource Management and International Management (Prof. Fabian Jintae Froese). The group conducts theory-driven empirical research and regularly publishes in leading journals, including JIBS, JAP, JOM, JMS, HRM.
Profile
Tenure-track or tenured faculty with a strong publication record and interest in collaborative research. German language skills are not required.
