As an AOM student member and a doctoral candidate at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland, I am asking for your assistance.
I am seeing executive women leaders to participate in my qualitative research study. Please share my survey link or attached flyer to your social media connections and professional contacts. Initial participation involves completing this confidential online survey of 13 demographic and qualifying questions to participate in the study. Completion of the survey is expected to take no more than 15 minutes. Following the survey, those who qualify will be given the option to participate in two one-on-one interviews and a focus group, all conducted on Zoom.
My goal is to uncover strategies that women have used to overcome barriers to obtain executive leadership roles, to inform women who desire leadership positions. I will apply Social Capital Theory and Intersectionality concepts to my research findings to publish a dissertation case study.
