Way back in 1991, Dr. Taylor Cox Jr. defined a vision for the multicultural organization as one in which people from different cultural identity groups interacted and worked together -- as equals.

Nearly three decades later, the entire Academy of Management is asking the question: How far have we come?

What has progress towards The Inclusive Organization looked like? What issues have we skirted that we should instead confront? What do we need to tackle next, to create organizations where everyone, from every group, can contribute and thrive and flourish?

Please join Quinetta Roberson, AOM Vice President and Program Chair, as she leads a conversation with Dr. Taylor Cox, Jr., Dr. Marilyn Gist, and me.  We'll address these questions and welcome yours, to create a community-wide understanding of what's next to be done.

Join us on Sunday, Aug 11 3:00PM - 4:30PM, in the Hynes Convention Center, room 309

If you can't join us (so many other great sessions at the same time!) please tweet us with your questions and comments so we can share them on your behalf:
