    Dear colleagues:

    I want to let you know about a conference that I am co-organizing and co-chairing with Ron Riggio and Jeanine Prime, at Claremont McKenna College, on March 3 and 4th (next month), focusing on inclusive leadership. It is the 25th Kravis-de Roulet Conference of the Kravis Leadership Institute, and will feature a great set of speakers, including Ed Schein, Donna Chrobot-Mason, Lize Booysen, Lisa Nishii, Laura Roberts, Ilene Wasserman, Martin Davidson, Stefanie Johnson, Nancy DiTomaso, Michael Welp, Mary Frances-Winters, Carolyn Lukensmeyer, Robert Livingston, Deborah Meehan, David Thomas, Michael Benitez, and others. We will have a highly interactive format, to allow for lots of exchange and learning.
