Dear listserv members,
We are still seeking participants for our study, and I'd appreciate your help circulating our request to others.
My research colleagues and I are currently interviewing a small number of management faculty members who completed their doctoral training prior to 2002 and have a disability that causes functional limitations in their work. Participants must be currently employed in the academic domain.
We hope to shed new light on experiences of aging and disability in academic work.
Participation in this study is completely voluntary and involves:
· A confidential interview approximately 60 minutes in length
· And a second follow-up interview of 15 to 30 minutes
Aggregate findings and de-identified quotes may be shared, and your participation would remain anonymous. Transcripts and recordings of interviews will not be directly shared with anyone outside of the transcribers and research team.
Are you 40 years of age or older, with at least 15 years of experience as a management faculty member, and a disability that causes functional limitation in your work? If yes, are you interested in participating? Please respond to this email and let us know.
Please forward this email to others who meet these criteria and who might be interested in participating.
