    Dear GDO colleagues,

     

    My colleague and I gathering primary studies to be included in a meta-analysis on the effects of perceived discrimination against the self, and perceived discrimination in an organization (discriminatory organizational climate) on workplace outcomes (i.e job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intentions). 

     

    If you have any working papers, dissertations/theses, and/or conference presentations that include data on perceived discrimination or a discriminatory climate with individual level workplace outcomes, we may be able to include it in the meta-analysis. Please email your study for inclusion to hadiya.roderique12@rotman.utoronto.ca

     

    Please be sure to include a title page and indicate the status of the manuscript (e.g. working paper, conference papers, papers under review, in-press articles) so that we may cite the authors correctly.
