    Dear list members,

My research colleagues and I are currently interviewing a small number of management faculty members who completed their doctoral training prior to 2007 and have a disability that causes functional limitations in their work.

We hope to shed new light on experiences of aging and disability in academic work.

Participation in this study is completely voluntary and involves:

    · A confidential interview approximately 60 minutes in length

    · And a second follow-up interview of 15 to 30 minutes

Aggregate findings and de-identified quotes may be shared, and your participation would remain anonymous. Transcripts and recordings of interviews will not be directly shared with anyone outside of the transcribers and research team.

We are seeking participants who are 40 years of age or older, with at least 10 years of experience as a management faculty member, and a disability that causes functional limitation at work. Participants must be currently employed (full time or part time is OK). We invite you to participate, and would appreciate you forwarding this email to others who might meet these criteria.
