Dear Colleagues,
To serve my doctoral students who are focusing on gender, race, and diversity in the organization (GRDO) or any sub-set of it, I need more depth and breadth in GRDO method and conceptual framework.
I appreciate if you would be willing to share any literature addressing methods and conceptual framework for GRDO, including any sociological, political, and literary articles. I will be more than happy to compile the information and distribute to this Listserve.
