Assistant/Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior at Bentley University
The Management Department at Bentley University invites applications for a tenure-track/tenured position in Organizational Behavior, effective fall 2018. The rank of the appointment is open to assistant/associate professors. Salary is competitive.
We are looking for candidates with at least three years in an academic position since obtaining a PhD in Organizational Behavior or a closely related discipline. Responsibilities include publishing high-quality scholarly research, teaching OB-related courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and participating in other academic and professional activities. In addition, Bentley has an active doctoral program and new faculty members are encouraged to become involved
in working with our doctoral candidates.

Required Qualifications:
A well-qualified applicant must have three years or more in an academic position since obtaining a PhD in Management or a closely related discipline with a research focus and a teaching interest in Organizational Behavior. Applicants
must also demonstrate evidence of a strong commitment to teaching excellence. The individual hired for this position will be expected to be an enthusiastic participant in the Management Department, Bentley University and the wider
academic community.
