Organizational Behavior Position at San Diego State University
The Department of Management at San Diego State University (SDSU) invites nominations and applications for a tenure-track position in Organizational Behavior at the assistant professor level for Fall 2018. An active research agenda and teaching capabilities at both the undergraduate and graduate level are required. Filling this position will be contingent upon state funding and applicants should have completed a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or related area by August 2018. The ideal candidate will have research interests in teams/leadership, diversity and/or methods. It also would be beneficial for the candidate to be prepared to support the Institute for Inclusiveness and Diversity in Organizations (https://business.sdsu.edu/iido) in their research efforts.
The position is available starting August 2018. Consideration of applicants will begin immediately and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Interested candidates are encouraged to respond by September 15, 2017. The Management Department offers undergraduate specializations in management, human resource management, and entrepreneurship and graduate specializations in management and entrepreneurship.
