The University of Houston-Clear Lake is looking to fill a position starting in the Fall 2017. It is a lecturer in management position. Please see the description below.
Applicants will be teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in management, organizational behavior, and human resource management.
Minimum qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Management, Human Resource Management (AACSB accredited schools) or Industrial/Organization Psychology.
2. Management related work experience.
3. University level teaching experience and on-line course teaching experience.
4. Publications in refereed journals and presentations of academic papers at professional meetings.
5. Good oral communication skills in the English language.
6. Strong commitment to teaching.
Although only a master's degree is required, preferred candidates will have completed a Ph.D. in Management, Human Resource Management (AACSB accredited schools) or Industrial/Organization Psychology or ABD nearing completion.
