    Applications are invited for a tenure-track assistant professor position in the area of Industrial-Organizational psychology beginning Fall 2018. Applicants must have a PhD, or PhD requirements fulfilled by November 1, 2018, in psychology or a related field.

    The Rice University I/O program is excited to become one of the top-ranked programs in the country. Assistant Professors are expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses and perform research in the area of I/O psychology. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have or hold promise for a national/international reputation in I/O psychology; an outstanding record of research publications and grants; excellence in teaching undergraduate and graduate students; expertise in quantitative methods and statistics; and the ability to contribute to a university focused on excellence in diversity.
