Apologies for cross postings... Please feel free to forward to colleagues who may be interested in participating.
We are conducting a research study on academic careers by exploring the narratives of business school professors as they trace their career path from the start of their doctoral program to their current position. The project has IRB approval; all names and university affiliations will remain confidential.
We are looking for participants who have been full-time faculty for at least one year and who are tenure-track or recently tenured at US-based R1 institutions. If you fit this description and are willing to be interviewed by one of us via phone, web conference (Skype), or at the upcoming AOM meeting in Atlanta, please send an email to Jeanie Forray (jforray@wne.edu) and Danna Greenberg (dgreenberg@babson.edu) to set-up a date and time. Interviews will last about 60 minutes.
In your email, please provide:
Your Name and contact information
Current Position (school, title, # of years there & tenure date)
PhD program (university and focus)
PhD completion date (month/year)
We appreciate your support for this project.
Jeanie M. Forray, Professor of Management, Western New England University
Danna Greenberg, Carpenter Professor of Organizational Behavior, Babson College
