This caucus brings together scholars and practitioners interested in D&I to develop a Global D&I Index to encourage greater comparative work and dissemination of knowledge across different countries and regions. We also anticipate multiple datasets --useful for comparative D&I work -- will be generated from this caucus, which can provide a research stream to be presented at future AOM meetings. We invite members interested in helping develop a Global D&I Index to help collect data from different countries. At the moment, we have data from the UK and Australia. We are looking for D&I scholars to collect additional data from Asia, Africa, Americas, and across Europe.
