    GDO DIVISION

    International Program Highlights, Atlanta 2017

Brought to you by the GDO International Committee 2016-17

Yvonne Benschop and Charlotte Karam (Co-Chairs)

The GDO International Committee strive to create opportunities and facilitate activities that foster a global perspective on GDO research, teaching and practice and enhance the inclusiveness of our division globally by capitalizing on the heterogeneity of the GDO division's membership. To that effect, we highlight her opportunities and social activities that are especially conducive to the GDO International Committee's purpose.

    NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES!

    1.   Spot and Meet our GDO Global Ambassadors! See if you can spot our GDO Global Ambassadors, who will be wearing special buttons at the meeting. Mingle at the GDO's Monday night social hour on the 7th from 8pm-10:30pm for a chance to meet ambassadors -- from India, Iran, Lebanon, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Spain, UK, and USA -- and to learn more about GDO ambassador opportunities!

    2.   Wear a National Flag or More! We invite you to self-identify your national research interests or origins by adding country flag stickers to your AOM name tag. You may pick up your country flag stickers at the Friday evening and Monday morning GDO social events.

    3.   Get Involved! Attend the GDO Division Business Meeting to find out how you can get more involved with the GDO division. Monday, August 7th from 6:30 – 8:00 pm, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, International Ballroom North
