    Dear colleagues,

I am currently writing a book titled Diversity & Inclusion: A Framework for Research by Routledge. As part of the book, I am compiling cases to illustrate the complexity of self-perception of one's own identity in relation to other social context such as race, gender, and indigeneity. This study is about learning how individuals perceive their own identity within various cultural social, and political contexts. The Institutional Review Board at Walden University has reviewed and approved the data collection for this project (approval # 10-04-17-5293766).

To be able to take part in this study, the individuals must be willing to share their own insights as to how they perceive their own identity within a myriad of cultural, social, and political contexts to help illustrate the complexities of arriving at one's own perception of such identity. Participation is voluntary and is based on an informed consent signed by the participant. Each interview will be 45-60 minutes in length. The meeting will be scheduled based on the participants' convenience.

If you are interested in participating or have a colleagues who would be interested in the study, please email at hamid.kazeroony@mail.waldenu.edu.

    Regards--Hamid
