To whom it may concern, 

We are seeking unpublished manuscripts that examine aspirations for leadership (or managerial) positions both within organizational contexts and within the political domain. We are conducting a meta-analysis of gender differences in leadership aspirations, so the data must be reported in the manuscript separately for male and female participants, or included in the email accompanying the manuscript.
