    Dear Community

I am happy to share with you our Nov JBP table of contents.  It is a line up covering research methods, emotions, leadership, support, training, fit, teams, creativity, incivility, staffing, and courage.

Also, things are progressing very slowly, but nicely on the results-blind reviewing initiative.  The relatively small number of articles that have been submitted and accepted all have something in common, they are a bit more "messy".  You see significant hypothesized results, and non-signfiicant hypothesized results.   Articles still contain unexpected and exploratory findings, but all is highly transparent.  Mostly importantly, you have compelling research questions answered in compelling ways, and the results are, what the results are (jbp.uncc.edu for more info).

Thanks so much for your continued help and support of the journal.
