    Dear Colleagues,

I am putting together a presenter symposium on the effects of gender stereotypes on performance evaluation and feedback for the upcoming AOM meeting in Chicago.

The purpose of this symposium is to deepen our understanding of how gender stereotypes may be differentially shaping performance evaluation and/or feedback directed to men and women through individual paper presentations of conceptual or empirical research in progress. In line with the theme of "Improving Lives", papers that connect the differential evaluation and feedback of male and female employees to subsequent career and/or personal outcomes are most welcome.

If you're interested in presenting a paper within this symposium, please send a 200-450 word abstract to mimacias.phd2017@student.ie.edu by December 6th, 2017. Our timeline is:

      - December 6th, 2017: Abstracts due

      - December 8th, 2017: Abstracts selected and notification

      - December 18th, 2017: Extended abstract due (2-5 pages text excluding references and up to 2 pages of appendices)

Looking forward to hearing about your work,

      Best Regards,
