On behalf of The Gender & Diversity in Organizations division of the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada (ASAC), I would like to invite you to submit a paper to our upcoming 46th annual conference, to be held in Toronto, Canada between May 27 and 29th, 2018. The submission deadline is February 05, 2018.
The Ted Rogers School of Management is excited to host the 2018 conference of the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada (ASAC). The conference them Diversity Driving Innovation highlights the important role diversity plays in supporting innovation – from new technologies, new business models and new ways of interacting within and across communities.
The Gender and Diversity in Organizations (GDO) division welcomes submissions on the 2018 theme Diversity Driving Innovation, or on any other topic relevant to the division.
Original Papers
Original papers, written in English or French and not previously published or presented elsewhere, should be submitted on the ASAC 2018 EasyChair submission site (click here) also accessible on the ASAC website. Papers should range from 12 to 30 pages, including references and figures. To submit, you will need an EasyChair account. The submission deadline is 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on February 5, 2018. All contributions will be peer reviewed; best paper awards will be given by each division. Late submissions and submissions made directly to divisional executive members will not be considered. A style guide outlining the required formatting for submissions is available on the EasyChair submission site, as well as the ASAC website.
Submission and Acceptance Criteria:
Individuals can be associated with a maximum of three submissions in total (including case studies, papers and/or symposium proposals).
Proceedings: Titles and abstracts of all papers accepted for the conference will be included in the conference Proceedings; this is not a published document and will be available to only the ASAC membership post-conference. The division will give one Best Paper award and may also give a secondary award (Honorable Mention or Best Student award), as decided by the division. The authors of award-winning papers may choose to not have the full text of their papers appear in the Proceedings. However, award-winning papers will be recognized as such in the Proceedings regardless of whether the full text of the paper is included.
By making a submission to the conference, the author(s) of each submission agree that at least one author of each accepted submission will attend the conference and present the paper.
ASAC retains the right to review and reject papers suspected to contain plagiarized material.
